Kirkwood Mountain Resort
We encourage everyone to stay at Kirkwood Mountain Resort! It's one of the closest hotels to The Hideout (venue), with shuttles departing from the resort lobby on Friday and Saturday nights. The Hideout is about 30 minutes away on winding mountain roads, so we recommend taking the shuttle rather than driving.

You can also stay in an Airbnb nearby. Search Airbnbs in the valley around the ski resort. The Kirkwood Mountain Resort lobby is the only shuttle pickup, on Friday and Saturday night.

A local rental company called Pyramid Peak Properties expects a couple of private homes near the resort to be open August 5 to 9, first come, first served.

Glamping at The Hideout
For a more adventurous option, The Hideout has furnished glamping tents! Each tent comes with bedding, towels, and lanterns, with shared bathrooms and showers just a short walk away. Plus, you get to skip the shuttle and stay right where the festivities are happening!
